CUSTOMER SERVICE - SENIOR LEVEL

Langelier Assurances, a well-established independent insurance firm in Quebec's P&C insurance industry, is looking to recruit a Commercial P&C Insurance Broker - Customer Service.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

Offer high-quality consulting services to our customers, mainly SMEs;
Analyze customer needs and recommend the most appropriate protection;
Negotiate coverage and pricing with various insurers;
Manage a 100% corporate customer portfolio and support representatives in servicing complex accounts;
Helping customers to obtain a fair and rapid settlement following a claim.

COMPETENCY PROFILE:

Hold a valid commercial-lines damage insurance license issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF);
At least five years' experience as a commercial insurance broker in a similar position;
Be committed to professional development;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Able to question, listen, quickly grasp and adapt to needs and challenges;
Organized, structured and able to manage priorities;
Ease of working with new technologies;
