COMMERCIAL PROPERTY INSURANCE BROKER
Business development
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify promising business sectors and develop your business network;
- Prospect and recruit new customers and obtain referrals;
- Offer high-quality consulting services to our customers, mainly SMEs;
- Analyze customer needs and recommend the most appropriate protection;
- Sell complementary products to existing customers.
COMPETENCY PROFILE:
- Hold a valid commercial-lines damage insurance license issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF);
- At least five years' experience as a commercial insurance broker;
- Demonstrate tenacity and creativity to close the sale and bring in a new customer;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Able to question, listen, quickly grasp and adapt to needs and challenges;
- Organized, structured and able to manage priorities;
- Ease of working with new technologies;
